My name is Evan Melendez, I’m a 37-year-old husband and father of two that has a full-time job, a personal training business, and am a national competitor in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.
- I train athletes locally as well as online.
- I compete locally and nationally in Olympic Weightlifting.
- I’ve won back-to-back state championships in the 89 kg Masters Division
- I have placed 2nd nationally in the 96 kg Masters Division in the American Open Series 1.
- I am a certified USAW Coach and experienced trainer in sports anatomy
- Most importantly, I love to help men like you reach your highest potential physically AND mentally.
